Stockholm Supervisor / Town Board

Board Meeting: 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m.

Clark Decker, Supervisor

Clark lives in Winthrop along with his wife Nancy and their sons Wade and Mark on the family farm. Two grown daughters live in the Stockholm area. His dairy farm dates back to the 1840's; Wade and Mark are the sixth generation to operate the farm, and Wade's son Owen is a member of the 7th generation to be raised on the farm. Clark is also a Maple Syrup Producer.

He was elected to the town board in January 2010. He was appointed supervisor in January 2011, and elected supervisor in January 2012. Clark has been involved with all committees and chairs the Economic Development Committee. His involvement began because of an interest in the viability of the Town and a desire to give back to his community.

Robert J. McCuin

Robert lives at 1872 County Route 49, with wife Debbie, sons Ryan and Connor, and daughter Molly. He is a retired Operations Supervisor with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.

Robert was first elected in November, 1990 and has served in multiple areas, including Highway, Recreation, Sewer, Senior Citizens Buildings, and Health. He serves the taxpayers and wants to help community residents enjoy living in the town of Stockholm.

Fernando Rufa

Fernando retired from Alcoa in 2009 after 30 years of service. He was elected in 2011 and has worked on the assignments of Server, Cemeteries, and Recreation Commission.

He has been a resident of Winthrop for most of his 62 years. He loves the area, knows most of the people, and hopes he is able to add some input to his town towards its development.

Fernando is married to Cathleen, his wife of 38 years. Their son Nathan works at Alcoa and their daughter Sandina is a Medical Technician.

Matthew Phillip White

Matthew is a self-employed building contractor. He lives with his wife Lori, daughters Nicole and Abigail, and son Nathan. Matthew was elected in 2011. His committee assignments include Highway, Buildings, Sewer, and Recreation. After living in the town of Stockholm his whole life, Matthew felt he could give something back to his town.

Nancy Lynch

Nancy raises beef and chicken here on part of her family farm. She has been a school bus driver for St. Lawrence Central since 1993.
